Unless otherwise agreed, the price for the products shall be the price advertised on the website as published on the date of the order. All weights and measures are approximate and may vary.

When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase items specified in conjunction with a Buckfast Yorkshire Bees offer, promotion or discount. Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any offer, promotion or discount at any time.

An initial non refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The balance is payable on collection of the item/s. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Paypal. Cash on collection may be arranged at the discretion of Buckfast Yorkshire Bees. We will endeavour to arrange a mutually convenient collection time.

If you cancel your order your deposit is non refundable.

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

In the unlikely event of Buckfastyorkshirebees needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 days.

All items are subject to availability.

If your Queen is sent to you by special delivery and is dead on arrival you must call or email me before 2.30pm that same day, you must post it back to me that same day, if the Queen cage has not been tampered with I will replace or if a replacement is not available I will refund your money. Please note that if you have a Queen sent to you 1st class post it could take 3 days to reach you and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
